Those with power who see newbies heading for moderation even though they're making decent contributions can simply click on the star below the message and add to their points.
Don't expect me to monitor and manage everything. I don't know what goes on here. I spend more time in the backroom than in the front office.

I have changed the threshold for moderation from 10 points to 1 point.This means that members end up moderation only if their reputation points fall below 1.This applies to everyone not just newbies. Newbies start at 10 and have a buffer of 9 points..
