Neighbour-turn-panty thief caught on CCTV

A Neighbour turned out to be the thief when he was caught red-handed stealing a girl's panties on CCTV in Taman Suria, Kajang, Selangor.

The girl's father was awakened by a barking dog at 3.30am and found that a few more of his daughter's panties had gone missing, according to a Harian Metro report.

He then discovered that the culprit was his neighbour from the CCTV that he installed recently.

"This is the fourth time his daughter's panties were stolen," the newspaper quoted a source as saying.

The source said the father had lodged a police report with the hope that the culprit would surrender.
