need some help guys, any tips / remedies for long term cough? Been coughing for 2 months now, no phlegm but often cough because throat felt itchy.

Worse at night. Abstained from cold drinks liao, any traditional remedy that can help?

Apple and pear soup with almond seeds.

1 apple, 1 pear diced. 南北杏 1 tea spoon each. 1 piece rock sugar.

Simple and effective to sooth and cure the cough.

There are two types of cough medicine, one for dry cough, the other for wet cough. I think you need the dry cough medicine. Can check with any pharmacist.

If still no good, then it is serious, go for more thorough check on your throat with a specialist.

Is a habit and also throat sensitivity.
I know me too before. No medicine can help.
Best is drink warm/hot water not coffee/tea just plain hot water. Reduce/dont drink cold drink is the best.
Try for 2 week see any improvement. I sure there will be good result if u stick to plain hot/warm water.
Hope u come back to reply to this post in 2 week . No harm trying right.
