The NCMP scheme is really a poison chalice as WP states. The MIW is trying to use this insidious scheme to hoodwink the people into thinking that they are doing a big favour for the oppies and inviting "views". In reality, it is nothing but meaningless chatter. It is a ploy or gimmick that makes a mockery of democracy. If the MIW wins every seat this GE, it would be wiser for all oppies to reject it entirely and let the people see what a totalitarian parliament looks like.
