By the way, if it's my family member who is the driver, I'd say he/she deserved to face the full force of the law. At 1 time, my wife also tried to "squeeze" her small car in between 2 cars in front at the expressway. I was the passenger and after she got through, I fucked her up and told her how dangerous her driving was. She could have got herself, me and others killed or injured. I warned her never to drive like that ever again.

I think the name sounds more local than tiong. We need to read the English newspaper to see if they spell his surname as 'Toh' or "Du'.
