Get himself castrated and breast implanted, i.e. sex change from F on his IC to M so that he becomes she. Singapore law recognizes that for NS exemption.

Gay, i.e. a man sexually inclined to other men, but wishing to remain a man as a gay, is no excuse. The straight men in his same camp just have to guard their backsides more vigilantly, especially in bathroom and at night in bunk.
