Singapore is a great place to make a lot of money through entrepreneurship and asset enhancement. However, that does not mean that Singaporeans cannot cash out and enjoy their retirement in some other country.

All great investments have to be liquidated at some point in order to enjoy the spoils.

I don't know who said that. It is not immoral either, the Ten Commandments given by God doesn't say, "thou shall not gamble." All I can say is that winning isn't frequent, more often, one loses.
