I ate two of the smaller ends, since it came off, after I trimmed the fat.

2.2 pounds raw.
Seasoned with fresh dill,and no salt steak spice.
Bbq on Napoleob stainless steel natural gas grill.
Served with steamed sweet potato, organic broccoli and cauliflower.

Sunday lunch, I had avocado, cucumber, tomato and red grapefruit salad, and fresh smoked salmon on light rye bread. Cherry pie with coffee.
