Bun Thit Nuong? What does it mean?

I know that dish is like Vietnamese Vermicelli with the grilled shrimp sometimes pork of chicken. They also usually pour over some Fish Sauce. Very nice. I eat that too.

After lunch on Sunday, I will prepare spinach tofu soup, with sliced carrots, diced potatoes, Italian seasoning.
