Grassroots survey indicate that many swing voters and some mild opposition supporters have switched sides to support PAP after seeing Sun Xueling's photo. The choice is obvious, would you rather vote for a pretty and successful young lady from a political party that has tons of experience governing Singapore, or vote for a fat loser from some dud party?

SUN XUELING 孙雪玲
Born in Singapore in 1979 (36 years old).
Xueling started to volunteer in grassroots work in 2001 when she was still in
NUS. She grew up in Ang Mo Kio but volunteered at Buona Vista as it was near
the university. She had the opportunity to organize dialogues and networking
sessions for youths and also tried to promote community bonding through
sports and other social initiatives. She values the opportunity to sit down one to
one with residents, hear their stories and understand the issues that they face.
She hopes that she can contribute to making their lives better.
Xueling served as the Assistant Secretary of the Youth Sub-Committee of the
Buona Vista CCC in 2004 and Assistant Secretary of the Buona Vista CCC in
2006. She appreciates the good work done on the ground by the grassroots
and would like to contribute to it more if given the opportunity.
Xueling remained actively involved in grassroots activities even after she
started her career in 2003 with the Economic Development Board.
Subsequently she worked in the private sector (2004-2014) for DBS Bank
Singapore as Assistant Vice President, Senior Vice President in Macquarie
Capital Securities HK and Director, Deutsche Bank AG, HK. Xueling joined
Temasek as a Director in 2014.
Xueling received her Master of Science with Merit from The London School of
Economics and Political Science in 2003. She also holds a Bachelor of Social
Sciences (Upper Hons) in Economics from NUS.
Xueling is married with one daughter. She enjoys reading, swimming and
spending time with family and friends.
