近日，陕西西安中铁尚都城幼儿园，有家长称，该园因无手续，实际只是看护点，由于收费标准不一，引发大家不满。在4月份园方组织召开的家长会上，针对大家提出为什么不全面实施普惠收费时，负责人“崔园长”回答说，“我们学的是养天鹅的技术，我们不会去养猪。要把村子里那些娃都送到这儿来，我不同意，因为这些孩子素质太低。” 街办：该看护点存在问题较多，近期将专项整治。（华商报）

At the parent meeting organized by the garden in April, when asked why the full implementation of the Pratt & Whitney charges, the person in charge “Cui Yuanchang” replied, “We are learning the technology of raising swan, we will not go to raise pigs. I have to send the dolls in the village here, I don't agree, because the quality of these children is too low."
