Harrowing time at restaurant after card goes missing

I WAS at No Signboard Restaurant at VivoCity with my husband for brunch on May 8. We were the first customers and the restaurant was empty.
We were also the first customers to ask for the bill. When the bill folder was returned, it did not contain my credit card. The server denied misplacing my card and made only half-hearted attempts to look for it at the payment counter. She then denied losing it and hinted that I had already taken the card and lost it.
I got down on my knees and made a futile search for it under my table, with no offer of assistance from her.
Later, when I requested to see the manager, she said the manager was not in yet. I asked to see a senior member of the staff. When I explained what happened to that person, she whispered a shocked 'sorry'. I called and cancelled my card before walking out.
But even before we had left the premises, the senior staff member ran after us. She had found the card somewhere.
I wrote an e-mail message to No Signboard last Monday, to both the feedback e-mail address as well as the managing director's e-mail address listed on the website. There was no response.

they're not called no signboard for nothing. luckily it was plastic, so can call to cancel. imagine paying cash, n the waitress say she never saw any cash in the folder... call ministry of finance to cancel notes??
