Trust me, later they will say joining RCs and PA is considered NS & reservist.

maybe not. instead of spending $10 millions on welcome parties at RC centers, this money can be better spend by letting them do what current male citizens do..merge them, fuse them and bind them together with the current system and get them to do community work or attach to the scdf or f
