The grass in Amsterdam is super grade. After the Dutch government legalized its consumption, a dept was set up for research and as a result the THC concentration in Holland's marijuana has grown from 9% to 18%. I've heard of people OD smoking the stuff.
Anyway, they are going to stop the sale of marijuana to tourists by the end of this year. Only available to true Orange Dutch.
