For me, I will think it's item 6 because you can't easily sell it off if you "own it by mistakes".

By benchmark comparing to 1st world country. Sg most item consider cheap from house to food or price very reasonable except car.
But car price are determine by demand of total quota allow. In Sg without car person will not die because there is good public transport system. Just that it too pack. If private vehicle on the road reduce , sure bus will travel more smooth. So most people will benefit poor and rich.
Just that middle income need to give up car. Especially those income less than $7k/month.
