I Didn't say or imply anything as such. I merely pointed out the movie based "Pentagon wars" and how astute the Israelis were at getting a better rated spec 'Battle vehicle' for their Shekel OR Dollar. They make sure they will get their 'Shekel worth' of money spent. They look after their fighting forces.....
