Yes, heard from property agents for those flats in Sengkang, Ponggol are below valuation, no COV.
HDB throws out and do not want to register the deal because look ridiculous.

It was reported that PR's are required to stay in SIngapore for at least 3 years before they are allowed to purchase a resale HDB flat. No restrictions if they want to buy private properties.

KNN I thought HDB flats were meant for Singaporeans or Singaporeans and PR spouses:(

If there is a cooling effect now it might not be a bad thing,,,and if things get worse,,,,Pappies just have to open floodgates more to let in more PRCS, Ah Nehs etc, change the rules and allow new PRs to buy HDB flats, cut the number of new HDB flats being build like what shorty mah did etc,,than HDB will continue going up,,the sky is the limit for the pappies,,,
