No govt in the world can guarantee equal outcomes. All they can do is provide equal opportunities and the PAP does this in abundance.

So it is back to the jungle where food is in abundance. The fittest grow strong by eating the best, and then try to hoard the supplies from the rest for dominance (eg changing laws and order).
But even the jungle is fair, because the alpha male grow old and weak eventually, allowing the next dominant male to take over. For in PAP case, they allow the weak to takeover because the dominant alpha needs protection.

Look, unintended consequences occur when we apply simple solutions to complex problems. This has been proven over and over again in Singapore too.
