MOH hotline got Malaysian, Filipino people answering all your enquiries!!!

MOH hotline super useless and machiam like asean call centre with Malaysian Chinese Officer, Filipino officer and some rude Malay officer called Noor who anyhow shout at my friend over the phone and demand when my friend going down to Sengkang and Hougang polyclinic and create more shit for my friend who is alone

Some more some of the MOH hotline officers can anyhow stir more shit like Ler Long who anyhow tell my friend MOH hotline work on public holidays and when my friend feedback, they all turn against to sabotage my friend even further. One bullying lousy gang together with SKH hotline and 1FSS who don’t even answer my friend’s question on her bill

They push my friend to contact both sides before this horrible SKH QSM manager Max Liew send a letter of warning to my friend to anyhow accuse her of harassing the hotline staff when they are are lazy ones who refused to answer my friend’s questions and frame her instead

It comes as no surprise that Max Liew is so Yaya, rude and bullying because he is Dr Lam Pin Min’s lousy grass root leader who is known during his ex MOH and CPF board days to tekan and set up ppl who call in to feedback!!

Some of the MOH hotline officers don’t even give proper advice and anyhow contact the hospital and polyclinic which my friend visit to stir more shit for her there. Just be very careful!!!

Forgot to add on more bullying from some of the police officers. In short they are all one big bullying git gang

My friend made an iwitness report for her bad experience at Tampines North Polyclinic and Police officer Jasmine Tay of Bedok division who called my friend was very rude and shouted at my friend over the phone first she made all kinds of accusations at my friend who was frustrated already

Jasmine Tay even tell my friend ‘ You know I am ASP Jasmine Tay and if you want to talk to my supervisor Tony Lin and what do you mean by my supervisor’s rank not bad enough. Other patients who are witnesses are no use. ’ / this kind of attitude

Officer Tony’s attitude was even worst! He threatened my friend that a police report is made against her n my friend asked what grounds is there and he says no police report is made against my friend so they are just unhappy that my friend feedback about them!!!

This is the kind of bullying behaviour from such officers. Please be very careful!!
