“These trains are part of LTA’s continuous efforts to add more capacity to the system so that commuters can enjoy a better travel experience. LTA will continue to monitor the ridership along the various rail lines and work with the operators to augment the capacity and meet the long-term projected demand”
Recently, the closing General Elections have seen a number of election goodies for Singaporeans ranging from 24-hour kopitiams to GST vouchers and public fares reduction. The ruling PAP government have been introducing a slew of populist and short-term cash benefits for Singaporeans to prepare in its worst-ever election result in 2015. However, the Singapore Opposition remains incapable of removing the incumbents out of power due to three-corner fights and a biased mainstream media.
