Its not about foreigners, its about money. The problem with the PAP is that they have mentality to make money even though they are supposed to provide a public service. Minister Cow is a prime example. His mandate is provide health care for sinkies, but instead, he is thinking of ways to make money from Indons and other foreigners. He is just and asshole.

I am sorry, I think Cow wants to have the opposite effect. He is telling all the FTs that there are only 250,000 doses in S'pore, so when outbreak happens here, there better rush home and get vaccinated, especially when there is plentiful supply in their home countries, and its free.
