Peasantpore: Merchants say the regime should only pretend to embrace new framework to promote a Peasantporean-first HR policy but allow merchants enough loopholes to sidestep those measures.

They were responding to recent comments by Finance Minion Tharman, during the Budget announcement. Minion Tarman was musing on possible new measures to ensure unfair hiring practices in Peasantpore.

No one knows for sure what the new framework will be like.

But an idea was floated by the Finance Minister who said the Manpower Ministry has been studying work pass policies in various developed countries.

In Anglo-Saxon countries, require merchants to advertise job vacancies to locals before they can apply for a foreign work pass. In Peasantpore, merchants simply hire cheap foreigners overseas and parachute them locally.

The Manpower Ministry says it will consult with various stakeholders on this new framework and hidden loopholes.

Lackey Heng Chee Bye, Co-Chair Lackey of the Tripartitie Arses for Unfair Employment, said it's an important wayang by the regime.

"We closing both eyes when our foreign and local merchants used all sort of dirty tricks to hire cheap foreigners overseas and transplant here for many donkey full moons. They fucking have the cake and managed to eat it while we collect the levies and taxes. But now local peasants are fighting back and our face-losing defeat in Punggol East gave Ruler Loong a black eye.

Peasantpore is an heartless society that preys on its local peasants and allow cheap foreigners to steal jobs openly. Add salt to injury, we ask peasants to protect foreigners with National Serfs. Now lumpar netizens and political economists forcing Ruler Loong to maintain a 'local peasantpore core'? Hardcore is it? They say must emulate Anglo-saxons' policies to favour the locals? Then we might as well follow ang mohs and be paedophiles or bapoks huh?" he said.

Bastard Chan Chongster Beng, Oily Presiding Arse of the Association of Small and Medium Merchants, cautioned against rushing into any new restrictions.

"You may not get the cheapest serfs that you want. The second thing we have a labour intensive sweatshop mentality and such a decree will slow down the company's expansion if thanks to cheap foreign serfs shortages. Hire local peasants, then the cost of recruitment will go up and we merchants are blood suckers who rather sell or kill our parents than lose money lor," he sneered while reaching to caress an KTV whore's tits.

The Peasantpore National Merchants Fuckers has said that merchants are NEVER prepared to make reasonable efforts to hire and develop local peasants.

And they fucking do not support calls to comply with additional control measures such as tests to fill a vacancy with a local peasant before employment passes can be approved.

It said they are addicted to cheap serfs and will never hire local peasants unless they have no choices.

They rather kill their aging parents than hiring local expensive peasants, especially the Asiatic SMEs.

Foreigner Mark Hall, vice president of recruitment company Kelly Vampire Services, said foreign merchants too may face problems.

Bastard Hall said: "Foreign merchants come here to exploit local peasants and hire cheap foreigners. They demanded protection from National Serfs and use Peasantpore as a safe regional hub to loot South East Asia with help from regional merchants. For foreign merchants to thrive, they must be given the license to exploit locals and bring in vast numbers of cheap foreign drones. In addition, many foreigners want to give the best jobs for their chums. Nehs always find chances to bring their whole villages here. The Pinoys are doing the same thing. So why fucking rock the boat?

"In addition, foreign merchants as part of their global mobility in attracting talent, like to transfer chums and cronies from their home countries into Peasantpore. They usually hire cheap serfs from pariah low wage countries e.g. Burma to enhance profits.

"In KTV, if OKTs cannot hire locals to be whores, because of a talent restriction, that may indeed have a negative impact Peasantpore as a sin city. KTV customers who are kinky and want international themes will say Peasantpore is a boring city with no sin shops, then they go to PRC or North Korea for fun and bring their investment dollars there? How?

"So KTV operators may decide that if the restrictions are too tough, they may need to choose another location in which sin business can thrive better."

Guidelines for Unfair employment practices under the Tripartite Arses for Unfair Employment Practices (TAFEP) were last revised in 2011 to include a chapter on "Hiring and Developing a Non-Peasantpore Core".

Among the guidelines is that merchants should ensure jobs advertised must be open to foreigners or stated 'foreigners preferred'.

Whatever the new framework, Minion Heng said cronism should be at the core of hiring policies.

Minion Heng said: "Foreign merchants are experts in hiring cronies. For example, hiring managers always hire their chums or peasants from their home country. You saw what the Nehs did to Citibank in Peasantpore. No need for me to be so explicit ok?"

Minion Chan suggested that the Wage Credit Scam, aimed at helping using taxpayer dollars to bailout local merchants pay more to low-wage peasants here, should be given time to take effect to secure some good results for Procedural Erections 2016.

"We will remove all this local peasant benefits after Procedural Erections 2016 and go back to 'hire foreigners policy' after Ruler Loong has a good showing!" he jested.

And Minion Chan said most merchants would know the various loopholes that are communicated to them in secret.

He added: "As an merchant, I should know how to force locals to resign or fuck them during interviews. There are so many tricks and loopholes to hire chums from their same villages or countries. Many Ang Mohs are now jobless in London but they are easily snapped up by their pals in Peasantpore....stipends are not high compared to London standard but they now have jobs. Since Peasantpore is a city they based themselves to loot South East Asia, no need to hire locals, just work hand in hand with regional merchants who understand the region, who can straightaway provide contacts to start the loot!

"Ang Moh foreigners very adaptable, if they cannot prey on local children, they go to Laos or Cambodia as sex tourists. I don't have to worry about them. Pinoys, Nehs, banglas and PRCs, more adaptable, they have enclaves to make them feel at home. The only sector you cannot find foreigners is the Cabinet. No foreigners, all local minions who are loyal to Ruler Loong!"

The regime say whenever they receive a complaint of foreigners hiring only their chums, or companies just hiring certain banglas, nehs and Pinoys. All those cases are usually ignored, and merchants will continue with their dirty tricks.

On Thursday, some executive council lackeys from the Association of Small and Medium Merchants will sign a pledge to signal their commitment to unfair employment practices.

During the Budget statement, Minion Tharman had said that any new framework "must have loopholes to enable merchants to continue to meet their competitive needs so that they can provide Ruler Loong with ample corporate taxes". He added that this framework has been consistent since Old Autocrat secured political power from the Brits and Northern Mats".
