Michael Schumacher in coma

Martin Brundle has tweeted a heart-felt message of support for Michael Schumacher following his horrifying skiing accident.

This Brundle character is an idiot. If Schumacher is in a coma, how on earth is going to read what's on twitter???

The twitter gods will read the tweets and bless the situation, helping to revive Schumacher.

Twitter is a channel for petition and prayer to the twitter gods.

After he left Ferrari, F1 was never the same and exciting F1 I used to know. I wish him complete recovery. Oh I once heard he would have been a professional football player if he did not make it to F1 he is such a super sportsman.

Are you kidding me! F1 got so boring during the Schumacher era that it was bleeding viewership like a sieve.

The only races that were exciting where the ones where Mika Häkkinen was in the mix. The rest of the it was two Ferraris on pole who disappeared into the distance at the start of the race never to be seen again.

Even the TV cameras didn't bother tracking the two leaders preferring to concentrate on the mid pack where battles were being fought for points.

It is because of this that a slew of changes were made to the qualifying rules.

The reason why he crashed into a rock while skiing is because the sun has flipped.

One of the rare times I agree with you. But the situation is not getting any better even with the rules change bcos Vettel is now as dominating as ever. That's why for the last 5 races in 2013 season, he got booed by the majority of the spectators as he stood on the podium. I guess only Redbull supporters were cheering. F1 has losts its excitement and its following as a result.

Michael Schumacher not responding to stimuli

If you haven't been worrying about the fate of Michael Schumacher, perhaps now is the time to start. Doctors have spent the past two weeks attempting to bring the seven-time Formula One World Championout of the coma he's been in since a December 29 skiing accident, but attempts to elicit responses to "deliberate stimuli" have been absent. Rather, Schumacher has only displayed reflex twitches.

The report comes from Germany's Bild-Zeitung, which was picked up by Fox Sports, so we'd like to stress that this is not an official update. Schumacher's medical and PR teams have been quiet since the initial announcement that doctors would begin easing the German's sedative levels.

According to the German publication, Schumacher's wife, Corinna, continues to spend her days at the driver's bedside, talking to him. Patients in Schumi's condition have been known to show improvements when being exposed to a continuous, familiar voice. As explained in previous posts, patients that remain in induced comas for too long may never wake up, or if they do, suffer from mental deficits and personality changes.

In other Schumacher-related news, it's been reported that newly retired team principal, Ross Brawn, has been by to visit the stricken F1 driver. Brawn was instrumental in Schumacher's rise to the top of the sport, as team principal for all seven of his championships.

As always, should new information on Schumacher's condition become available, we'll be sure to let you know.

How fortunate that Michael Schumacher isn't a Sinkie peasant in a coma at some Sinkie public hospital. ;)

The doctors would have hastily declared him brain dead and then proceed to harvest his organs, HOTA style.
Any resistance by his family members would be nullified by armed police.
