Forget about the sex scandal for the moment. It was obvious that Michael Palmer didn't get things done in Punggol East. Rivervale Plaza was in shambles under his watch. It's probably not a good idea to vote the same party's representative in and experience the same complacency/incompetence.

The only risks of bringing a bitch home are:
1) She's a thief who will steal your stuff.
2) She takes a liking to you (or your wealth) and decides to stalk you after knowing where you live.
However, if you're a famous person (celebrity, politician, sportsperson etc), going outdoors for shags may be risky as the paparazzi media or public may catch you in the act, causing a scandal. Hotels may be risky too as you never know if the room has a spy camera planted by your rivals/enemies. In that case, it is safer to do it at your home.
