[Medicine] - Pradaxa a new drug that helps prevent strokes

In Singapore, medicinal drugs are tightly controlled. You'll need to get a doctor's prescription to avail yourself to this drug, which could be a real life-saver.

Don't forget you'll need $$$$.

Each time you need a presription you'll have to visit the doctor. Each time you'll have to pay the consultation fees. New drugs are also not cheap.

I used to pay $300-$400 a month for medication because it included some drugs that were still under patent. I found out later that some had serious side effects.

I now pay less for natural supplements :)
