[Medical] - Eating protein alone without enough carbohydrates & fats can kill you

No such thing as too much pro teen or too many FTs. The more the merrier.

Oh dear, Gin's full diet of protein and cheese, is she in danger? She drinks gallons of warm protein shake.

While it's true that an imbalanced diet can cause issues, saying that eating protein alone without enough carbs and fats can be fatal might be a stretch. Our bodies thrive on balance, right? Speaking of balance, it's fascinating how taking a synbiotic supplement can create harmony in our gut health by combining pre and probiotics. Proteins, carbs, and fats—they're like the Avengers, stronger together! Each has its role, and finding that balance is key. It's all about a varied diet that ticks all the nutrient boxes. Plus, consulting a nutritionist or doc might clear up any concerns.

i have given up eating since everything is not good for the body.....so far i haven't eaten for 6.9 days.

Pls dun insult protein. Just say eat meat. Plant food contains protein as well.
Like Soy bean and nuts but not enough for human as compared to taking RED MEAT. The only time a person need to cut back on protein (AND most mininerals) is when they have kidney problems.
