[Matland] - Cina Top Scorers in O level exam can't get into public Unis, got to give way to lousy scoring Mats due to racist bumi quotas

I dunno why top scorer complaining. He never apply for scholarship. Now offered two places.
He was offered place in same university for same course he wanted but pay full fees.
He could have applied for student loan as if graduate with first class honours, no need to pay back.

Everybody in jiu hu are guaranteed a place in university. It all depends whether you want to pay for the course or not.

Instead of Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, the M'sian government send them Seoul National University or some Indian universities. Where got fight with Sinkapore scholars who are sent to top universities?

Many are sent to japan under look east policy. And Japanese took them upon graduation. Is this why japan in bad shape now?
