sad to say, they are mostly proxy for triads, licensed money-collection is a retirement job for lazier former thugs who refuse to work in other legit subsidiaries like duck-rice stalls, kopitiams, fruits stalls, etc. Everyday can fuck police because legal told them what they can say to embarrass or challenge the law enforcement.

The shitty ones from ex-uniformed service went to start security companies like JASA because they can be licensed easily and get more job-referrals. You look at the inspectors, superintendents from CISCO and AETOS, you can tell from their looks these people were the lowest ranked among their cohort in the regular police force.

These people are very dishonest and always mention about complaining to their embassies if police dares to do anything to them. The embassies of these three countries also very happy to bully our police because singapore will be very apologetic to them, making the embassy staff feels like big fuck.
