Private property was one of the easiest investment to JV, last time didn't have any ABSD etc etc. Agree to rental yield or sell once hit target capital appreciation. No fuss, no argument. Between friends also can do JV.

Run, i find that is quite staggering news. The great Jesse Livermore was once rumored to have made this statement: "the Market is designed to fool most of the people, most of the time."
