Ahh.. if I tell you why you be sad.
Why ah Soh and Ah Pek wondering in the streets, coffee shops and anything in between.
They hv dementia problems and are forgetful.
This one will make you worry and also say they will be safer outside....
Gas. If Ah soh turn on the gas to boil water or cook food at home or stay home all day.
If she forget she did that and went out if another ah soh calls her out...
Thats it. Explosion! That will be terrible if yr neighbor ah soh ah pek did this. You will be homeless.
So be nice to them give them some pocket money for kopi and cake if you pass by them, and be thankful u save someone become homeless.

It is good to show kindness now to these elderly. Their tiny flats with no air con can be a very horrible place to be stuck in. Even with the fan on, most flats don't have good air flow.
