Manufacturing Company Hires Filipinos (not an approved source country)?

Can anyone shed light on how company (manufacturing) is able to hire Filipinos on S-Pass?

MOM guideline says Companies in the manufacturing sector can recruit workers from the following countries/territories:

Malaysia
People's Republic of China (PRC)
North Asian Sources (NAS): Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea and Taiwan.

Many MNCs have special quota under EDB or they are on S pass/ Q Pass Status.

They are on s pass. Alot of companies shift around their s pass workers. It may says supervisor on their pinoy s passes but they could be working as production operator. It is so easy to do this. MOM dont go down and check whether their jobs and s pass telly.

All the singapore labour laws are against singaporean workers and Singapore Employers can do whatever they want and they know MOM is reluctant or too lazy to take action against them .Usually,filipinos are found working in casinos , restaurants and hospitals but why now they also can work in manufacturing company ???
But the question is all sinkees dead already ? sinkees cannot do the job ? the company too high tech ??
U all know how singapore employers operate,they bring in filipinos by s-pass at required minimum salary $2K but end of each month each flipino woker will refund $500.00 to company for lodging,transport and meal expenses.
One last word,KNNCCB to the PAP !!! KNNCCB to the Singapore Employers !!! KNNCCB to the 60% !!!

Dont forget pinoys can come here on social visit passes and look for jobs. On the flip side sinkees are not given working holiday visas to western cuntries because peesai dont wanna have an agreement wt cuntries like OZ and canana. Even recently OZ and indo had an agreement to let 1k indo workers into oz on a working holiday visa. pappies are indeed screwing sinkees but sinkees are stupid. I was in OZ recently and met Hongkees, taiwanese and malaysians on working holiday visas. Some of them been in oz for years.

Peesai gov gives so much chances for FTs to earn a living but restrict sinkee movement to live. Fuck PAP..to hell

True. Most Filipinos in my workplace got hired whilst job hunting on social visit passes.

PAP created a job market in SG which has almost no barriers of entry for FT.
EDB counsels foreign employers on how to bring in Filipinos which is not an approved source country.

BUT restrict chances where Singaporeans can find better paying jobs in countries such as Oz.

Always an excuse from pappy. if that is so, how come western cuntries can do manufacturing jobs and pay award wages and still make profit? How come peesai with slave wages cannot even come up with its own products? How come western countries are developed? If no one wants to do dirty jobs than most western cuntries should be still in the stone age according to your assessment.
