A man in eastern China's Shandong province was arrested on Sept. 18 for forging a license plate with a pronunciation similar to the words "piss off the police" reports the local Qilu Evening News.

A police officer in Shandong's Yuncheng county encountered a vehicle with a curious license plate while on patrol.

The car's plate, R74110, can be read aloud as "qi si 110", who may be translated as "to piss off the 110," 110 being the emergency number to call the police.

The driver of the vehicle, surnamed Liu, was found to be carrying weapons and did not have a valid driver's license. The plate, moreover, was a fake. Liu was fined and detained.

This Liu is really not very clever. Driving without a driver's license, carrying weapons, fake plate and still want to attract attention with that 74110 number plate.
