Looks like Paya Lebar MRT Station. How did the person climbed onto the top of the moving train? Is SMRT aware of this incident?

most likely they would say that CCTV nv record anything even if THEY DO HAVE RECORD SOMETHING.

but why would anyone just take their camera out and film around randomly for nothing?

I think is a movie stunt. Not easy to climb on top of the MRT. Not like the train in india have ladder and window and step on. Maybe because of the movie stunt causing the MRT delay.
What is the date and time? Then we can check out between the time any MRY delay?
 
RWS theme park rides all broken. I bet this is way more exciting! :D

Probably a movie being made. The shaky video showed the camera holder was expecting something but uncertain on which train and in which direction. Could be he was tipped off by those who knew so he went to the adjacent station to capture.
