What if uncle gives up seat and falls down during the ride, would the preggie compensate him.

There are reasons why civilized societies Worldwide would readily offer a pregnant woman a seat.

There are also million & one mealy-mouthed JUSTIFICATIONS for NOT giving up the seat as that australian barbarian had done, BUT there will be NO justification to be found by any witness if the pregnant lady falls down onboard the usual unsteady & often jerky bus, harming BOTH herself & her yet to be born child..
