Stomper Hikmathullah came across this man who was causing a commotion with his antics near Raffles Hospital at around 3pm today (May 2).
According to Hikmathulla, the man was shouting and dancing on the road. He then started rolling on the floor and lying down.
He also stopped multiple vehicles that were passing by and blocked them from moving off, as seen in videos and photos taken by the Stomper.
Hikmathulla added that the man appeared to be drunk.
