I know that petrol Station at Pelangi...walk past many times in my romp of JB. LKY is right, it is still a 'cowboy town'. This is some gang related thing. My Malaysian friends use to tell me, the mata, will close one eye to all these gangs, until someone gets killed...other than that, like the late LKY says..it is a "cowboy town".
