Man cuts off boy's hand after quarrel with girlfriend
A MAN cut off the right hand of his girlfriend’s 10-year-old son and boiled it in an electric kettle after an argument with her over money, Kwong Wah Yit Poh reported.
The 30-year-old from Shenyang, China was drunk when he had a fight with her over the telephone at about 2am on Wednesday.
He had been living in a hotel room with the woman and her son from a previous marriage.
After their argument, he hit the boy’s head with a knife before severing his hand and tossing it into a kettle to boil it.
The boy was rushed to the hospital later. Police have arrested the man.
> China Press reported that two teenage boys were robbed and one of them sexually assaulted after getting into a taxi in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.
The boys, aged 13 and 15, had taken the taxi to go home at about 11pm on Monday.
The taxi driver drove to a secluded area and then took out a “gun”, claiming that he was an under-cover policeman.
The man then took off his pants and forced the 13-year-old boy to perform oral sex on him.
After he was done, the man snatched their mobile phones and wallets before ditching them in Batu Caves.
The boys later sought help from a passerby who alerted the police.
> Major Chinese dailies reported that actor Jackie Chan made controversial remarks again during a promotional tour in the United States where he reportedly said he sometimes wished that countries would experience natural disasters more often.
When asked about US-China bilateral relations, Chan said: “Sometimes I would really like to see some countries having a disaster, or a big tsunami, or a big earthquake.
“After a big disaster, you can see the whole world coming together to help. It makes me happy.
“No tsunami, no earthquakes, everybody (has) nothing to do, then politics come in. You fight (with) me, I fight (with) you.”
