i saw this guy before. he's just being helpful and sometimes he gets tips from passengers. he's just as happy to help out even when there's no tip. some passengers actually appreciate his help. besides, our taxi drivers are very unhelpful so i dun see how he's a nuisance. the complainant must be some kiam ku afraid he might ask for a tip.

The man was assisting shoppers enter and load their belongings into taxis at the Geylang Serai Market taxi stand. Shouldn't he be commended for his public spirited actions? If he wasn't dancing while doing so, would he be arrested for public nuisance?
