You can't draw a conclusion just by basing on this short recording. Maybe that driver was a criminal escaping the police chase and driving recklessly causing harm or even death to other pedestrians? I don't think the crowd will go wild like that just because he didn't put a parking coupon. There must be some reasons for it. But what is obvious is that the police there are incompetent in crowd control.
nth to do with race...heading shld not specify chinese but just focus on the incompetency of the mlysian police..I think the attackers includes malay, indian and chinese alike...the police also wacked the guy a few times too but did stop the hammer from going down the guy's head once or twice..lol...then again we need to know what that guy did..saw someone looting his stuff too......

all the police need to do is to fire one round of firecracker up in the air, the crowd would disperse immediately...
if one round doesn't work, fire a few rounds...bullets are cheap as gummybears..
