I think the UMNO and radical Malays in Mudland should be sent to Indonesia. The Chinese in Indonesia can go to Mudland. This exchange will make one homogenous Malay country and a multiracial Mudland.

Instead of ICERD, someone should start a "Lagi Bumi" demonstration/walk/protest or whatever activity. IMO, the privileges right now for the descendants of those forefathers of the land are insufficient. Without these forefathers, there wouldn't be a malaysia to begin with. All non-bumis citizens should pay double the tax rate now and all bumis should have one more day off per week to engage in more Islamic activities to be nearer to God. Only bumis are allowed to buy land/buildings/apartments and any non-bumis who want to do business or stay in houses can only rent or lease from bumis, after all, their forefathers done alot and many things last time, it's their right. Malaysian citizenship given to non-bumis and accorded equal rights have diluted the hardwork and sacrifice of those forefathers, so these non-bumis should only have PR status and not citizenship coz any equal rights given to citizens directly erodes the interests of the Bumis. I really pity those bumis, they have already seen their privileges eroded due to political plays to gain non-bumis citizens' votes. If making those non-bumis only PR status, then the ruling party (PH or BN or whomever) can focus on getting the country on the right track and the issue of race and equality will be erased. There is no need to pander to Chinese and Indians whim and fancies over what should not be theirs to begin with.

Malaysia has reversed a pledge to ratify a UN convention against racial discrimination, following a backlash from groups who fear it could dilute privileges for majority ethnic Malays.
Leaders of Islamist party PAS, former ruling party UMNO and conservative groups planned a rally next month against the convention, which they fear could strip away Malay privileges and threaten Islam's position as the official religion.
The government will not ratify the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD), the office of Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad said in a statement, without giving a reason for the decision.

Frydenberg takes aim at Malaysian leader's 'derogatory' comments of Jewish people

Mahathir's ruling coalition has struggled to woo ethnic Malays after its spectacular election win in May on the back of overwhelming support from minority ethnic Chinese and Indian voters.
"The government will continue to uphold the federal constitution, which enshrines the social contract agreed by representatives of all races," it said in the statement.
Malaysia's 'social contract' was a pact made by the leaders of its Malay and minority Chinese and Indian ethnic groups regarding their rights and privileges as citizens, prior to independence from colonial ruler Britain in 1957.
The country adopted an affirmative action policy that benefits the Malays, who form 60 per cent of a population of about 32 million, after deadly race riots in the late 1960s.

Ethnic Chinese are estimated at 23 per cent and ethnic Indians comprise about 7 per cent, government data shows.
In September, Mahathir told the United Nations General Assembly Malaysia would ratify all the human rights conventions left for it to adopt, a total of six, including the racial discrimination measure.

Hullo! Malays maybe lazy and incompetent. But there were no starvation like what hsppened in clever and hard working china.

Yep you are right … because the Chinese has been feeding them … all along. Just like the blacks in Europe and USA. There are no starving blacks, only poor Blacks/Malays.

High IQ majority will have low IQ minority parasite.
Example : USA, Europe, Australia, NZ, Singapore etc

Low IQ majority will lead to jealousy and ICERD protection … eventually become chaotic and backwards
Example : South Africa, Haiti, Malaysia, SEA etc

Please name me a low IQ country that is fair, progressive, well govern, peaceful and livable. NONE.

Some greedy cina had left Msia for good. But unhappy greedy lot 23% cina still remain. I really dont understand them. If they feel they r really discriminated why are they still staying put? China dont pracitise "discrimination". All treated fairly. I am very sure rich China would welcome them with open arms. Else go sinkieland. Very sure on the spot get pink ic.

The cina population in Malaysia was almost the same in numbers as the malays at one time (and more if red dot included) but why they do not hold political/military power ?
The answer is simple-the cina care more for money (doing business, they say) and their own family more than anything -and in mudland ,that is what MCA is all about.
If possible they will exploit their own and gang up with outsiders if it suits them (aka Aliiance/Barisan.)
Hence the rich cina's in Malaysia's main aim is to accumulate wealth and send their kids (and monies) to Australia, UK or US and run there at the first sign of trouble. Those
who can get scholarships will go to red dot and join pappy to lord over the descendants of the coolies while welcoming Pinoys, Indian nationals or PRC's
You can see the same behaviour from these china people in red dot and Indonesia also-accumulating wealth and teaming up with outsiders/other races/foreigners to exploit their own people.
You see all these mudland cina here-check how many send their kids overseas and bought properties in Aussie/UK/US .Guess who will run road first in a crisis

War not won even if ICERD not ratified, ex-CJ tells Malays
Malay Mail • Syed Jaymal Zahiid • 5 hours ago
Former chief justice Tun Abdul Hamid Mohamad speaks during an anti-ICERD congress at the Putra World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur November 25, 2018. — Picture by Firdaus Latif

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 25 — Former chief justice Tun Abdul Hamid Mohamad said today the war against liberalism is far from won, even if conservative Malays succeeded in forcing Putrajaya to withdraw from ratifying a treaty against racial bias.

The former CJ, known for his far-right views, claimed there is no guarantee the government would not ratify the International Convention on the Elimination against Racial Discrimination.

Speaking at a gathering of nativist groups here, he warned the Malays against trusting the administration, calling on them to be vigilant and ready to “fight”.

“Even if the prime minister said they would not ratify ICERD, who is to say he might not U-turn in the future?” He said before some 150 supporters at the Putra World Trade Centre here.

“And even if won’t, who is to say that when he steps down there will be no internal political pressure for the new administration to ratify ICERD in the future?” the former CJ added.

It was an accusation ostensibly aimed at the DAP, the anti-ICERD movement’s chief target even when the predominantly-Chinese party have kept its distance from the issue.

The group claims the Pakatan Harapan component member had masterminded the push to ratify the treaty because it wants to end Malay political rule.

Naturally, DAP leaders dismissed the allegation as a politically-motivated plot to incite Malay anger and rally support behind PAS and Umno.

That did not stop the anti-ICERD movement from bashing DAP at today’s congress, an event initially meant to mobilise support for a planned protest on December 8.

In Abdul Hamid’s speech, the hated party was painted as evil political conspirators.

Attempting to link Lim Guan Eng to the ICERD issue, he suggested the DAP secretary-general has secret plans, but had kept it well-concealed from public eyes.

“Just recently he organised a press conference that was to be attended only by the Chinese press,” the former CJ charged.

“What was he trying to hide? What is it that he wants not the Malays to know?” he added.

Abdul Hamid also claim the campaign for ICERD was part of a wider conspiracy to impose minority rule.

In a racially-tinged accusation made against former Tan Sri Gopal Sri Ram, Abdul Hamid claimed the latter’s appointment as Federal Court judge was meant to interfere with the legislative body.

Gopal was alleged to have made a ruling that would have prevented Parliament from amending the Federal Constitution, which Abdul Hamid suggested was a means to block any amendments that could have consolidated Malay political rule.

The former CJ also claimed Gopal’s appointment was made possible due to his close ties with then prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, now back in power.

“This Indian... because he was so conniving at buttressing Mahathir, he was (made a judge),” he said.

“He made a ruling that would have prevented Parliament from amending the Federal Constitution.

“The court is telling Parliament it cannot amend the Constitution. This was an encroachment into the separation of powers,” he added.

Putrajaya announced yesterday that it would not ratify the ICERD after weeks of protest from mostly conservative Malays who threatened unrest if the treaty were to be signed.
