Jiu hu had a mega cluster .15000 attendees for a 3 days religious event. That was end of February. It wasn't detected till 10th February when Brunei caught a returnee from that cluster with the virus. By 15th, jiu hu was in lockdown as more attendees tested positive for the virus Region wide. From Brunei to Cambodia to Indonesia to Singapore.
