Malaysia Boleh!! ...AFF Suzuki Cup....

Still around? Then I need to go collect protection money. 32 or not, I don't care. I just want money, money and more money!!!!

Collect your head. No more around. When it was still around, also collect your head. I was kingpin there. I could snooze off through a gangfight unharmed. That was how many I had around me then.

Actually, it's a true story, no bluff no boast but damn lucky and funny. There was one Deepavali, we were drinking at Boon Keng Golden Dragon beer garden late past midnight when our Indian friends returned from their Serangoon celebration with still a lot of unfinished bottles of Indian whisky. We cheered and drank of course and after a while, the next thing I knew, I woke up at home on bed with a hangover headache.

My brother told me that I was knocked out snoozing on the table when a fight broke out between us and another gang that happened to be there, also drunk and prone to finding trouble. My brother wasn't joking. One of my friend came back from hospital with arm in sling. They all said me very coolsteady. People fighting for their lives and my life and I sleeping. Embarrassed, next KTV session no need to say, I pay

Football: Malaysia wins AFF Suzuki Cup

JAKARTA: Malaysia won its first AFF Suzuki Cup Wednesday by beating Indonesia with an aggregate score of 4-2 for the first and second legs of the Southeast Asian championships final.

In the final's second leg, held in Jakarta's Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Indonesia beat Malaysia 2-1 in a match attended by Indonesia's President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

However, the score was not enough to overcome Indonesia's 3-0 defeat to Malaysia in the first leg at the national stadium in Kuala Lumpur last Wednesday.

Malaysia's Mohammad Safee Bin Mohammad Sali, the top scorer during the 2010 championships AFF Suzuki Cup, formerly known as the Tiger Cup, scored the first goal in the 53rd minute.

Indonesia levelled the score in the 71st minute with a goal by Mohammad Nasuha and Mohammad Ridwan took the home country into the lead with a second goal in the 87th minute.

Losing the AFF Suzuki Cup tournament was a bitter pill for Indonesia to swallow after beating Malaysia 5-1 in a qualification match earlier this month.

Last week's first leg was marred by incidents in which fans aimed laser beams at Indonesian players during the game.
