Maid forced to be a sex slave

by ng si hooi, p. aruna, AND a. raman

A 46-year-old Filipina maid was a sex slave for her friend’s husband for four days after she was persuaded to run away from her employer’s house in Puchong, China Press reported.

The incident happened after her new Filipino friend offered her a better job elsewhere on April 20.

Instead of starting on her new job, the victim was sent to a house in Ampang before her friend’s husband brought her to a motel where he raped her.

Her handphone, cash, watches and gold accessories worth about RM5,000 were also taken.

The couple then confined the victim in the house where the man raped her several more times.

After living in fear for four days, the victim managed to escape and sought help from her employer, whom she had served for 10 years.

The employer helped her to lodge a police report on April 24.

The suspects have been detained.

> Guang Ming Daily reported about a woman who threw her two young daughters on the middle of the road in Cixi, China after an argument with her husband on April 29.

Her eight-month-old baby died after she was run over by a trailer.

The condition of her sibling was unknown.

It is learnt that the woman had a quarrel with her husband before she threw her children on the road.

The authorities are investigating the case.
