Years ago, I watched a video where a bloke on a bike hit the car in front which sent him flying forward onto a lorry in front of the car. The bloke stood up in the back of the lorry as the driver of the lorry happily drove on without even realising that the bloke was behind. I think when the lorry driver finally discovered the bloke, he would be miles away from his bike!
