Total cost of Singapore government which must be full cost accounting is 70% of GDP at least, as Singapore government linked businesses are 70% to say the least. Was admitted by Singapore government in late 1990s as 68%. So in total costs, Singapore is one of the most expensive if not most expensive governments in the world. Since all minister pays in USA are lower than Singapore and USA budget is 3.7 trillion USD, Singapore has one of the highest minster pay to government budget ratios in the world.
