The threadstarter is pointing out a valid observation. First world countries are the ones facing bed shortages because of the quality of their healthcare.

In 3rd world countries. There is no shortage of beds because people left untreated at home till they die of their ailments.

It does not matter who the messenger is. Far more important is the validity of the message and in this case it is SPOT ON.
 
"Third world" might not have been the best description, but what does it prove? PAP is not doing better than these countries which are first world but these first world countries are more accountable.

None of the other countries' ministers are drawing salaries anywhere near Sinkie's minitoots and none of the other countries' land size and population are anywhere as small as sinkieland's.
