Key Responsibilities

Remain on standby and respond promptly to calls for assistance as required

Provide transportation support using a company-provided vehicle (e.g., BMW X1)

Assist with grocery shopping and other household errands

Oversee maintenance of multiple residential properties, including coordination of contractors for:

Swimming pool upkeep

Electrical works

Gardening and landscaping

General repairs and painting

Accompany family members on shopping trips or other outings when needed

Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation

Travel with principals on short regional trips (primarily within Asia) to provide on-ground support

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: Off

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible; may not be required every week)

Requirements

Prior experience in a personal assistant, driver, or household/property support role preferred

Familiarity with coordinating property maintenance and external contractors

Valid driving license with a clean driving record

Comfortable with flexible working hours and being on standby

Willingness to travel occasionally within the region

Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and reliability

Will you do it? Crazy hours, need to do everything, including shopping... rolleyes... Seems like the rich have no hands, and can't do anything themselves
