Don't think the fault is yours, the lane markings are misleading.

MOT, LTA are in a mess.

The roads and road signs are so bad.

Look at the exits on PIE from Jurong towards Changi near Upper Serangoon Road. The signs are confusing. There are five signs...
(1) to kallang,
(2) to KPE (TPE),
(3) to KPE (ECP),
(4) to Sims Ave
(5) to Changi Airport

Totally confusing!

The signage around PIE to Changi at the juncture you're describing isn't that confusing. Manageable if you've planned your route prior to driving.

I was driving along Bartley road, braddell road, Lornie road at abt 8.45am. The jam was bad.

SG is congested
