電影無間道裡，扮演臥底警察的演員梁朝偉，拆雪茄後親自測試毒品純度，把白色粉末放入嘴中的這「試味道」這一幕，是電影劇情需要，但現實生活中，中和這名派出所巡佐偵辦毒品，也把安非他命放入嘴中，事後遭記過調職。

49歲的高姓員警，是派出所巡佐，曾獲選新北市好人好事代表，還當選過績優員警，日前，他知道一名李姓男子有販賣毒品，找兩名同事約對方碰面交易，卻用嘴試毒，跟過去員警查獲毒品的作法，完全不一樣。
一般員警查獲毒品都會使用初檢試劑，像是海洛因、安非他命以及K他命，都有不同相對應的試劑，不論現場檢測還是帶回派出所，採集到的不明物體，磨成粉末後，放入試劑中，沒幾分鐘後，是不是毒品，以及是哪種毒品，都有對照圖可以比對，只要是陽性反應，就是毒品。

醫師楊聰才：「如果你口服的話，就是攝取了中樞神經興奮劑的效果，比較有可能就會造成情緒很高亢，過重的使用，有時候會中毒的劑量，甚至可能造成腦出血死亡的風險。」
雖然順利抓到販毒嫌犯，不過查毒程序錯誤，從警將近三十年的高姓巡佐，事後也被驗尿，分局強調如果沒毒品反應，也將還他清白。
