Thank you thank you DoA. When i just stumbled on this forum early this year, I read every single page include the first thread. I have no more question liau, all answer can be found in this forum. I seldom come to check the progress in JB, I got all the update from this forum. Get excited knowing every little progress in the neighborhood. We plan to move next year. Hopefully by end of this year can get key.

I make it a point to answer urgent issues like urgent housing, monetary, financial, then slowly to those request
for renovation. I try to answer each and every PM as it comes but some took me weeks to even reply as there
have been quite a few.
My wife may give birth very shortly so worse come to worse, i may be working from hospital or out of my car
or at the hospital cafe (they have wifi). I will still be here but intermittently.
Hi Grago, its likely that the FO cables referred to are for other purposes or that they didn't explain it clearly, that the junction boxes are cabled already and just need to be pulled into the house. Paying 179 a month for everything including the other channels. I highly recommend channel 172 for those who like hunting/shooting/fishing etc.

I just try to help whenever i can but kudos to you and the good people here too who are always helping out others. Its a thankless job hence i never expected anything. Lots of people never replied after the first PM but thats fine too. I don't mind being just an information center just to help out.There are also many good people here in Iskandar, just that some of them are from HH.
I would like to highlight certain good people in HH, people like Mr Chia (very good and talented man, one of the first class example that Malaysia has lots of hidden gems) or Mr Yong (always helpful with dishing out good points like using sp Star Anise to ward off ants - This works too)

I am not sure why that person will feel that way, is he not a resident there. Even if he is a tenant there, he has a right to complain. It is true though, from my limited observation, many who asks alot of questions are just trying to find excuses for themselves not to take any action. Rather than the removal of doubt, your answers only serve to fuel their anxiety. I even have people asking me, are there ghosts in such and such a development, what about rats, snakes, some even asked me about tigers in their community (yes i get all kinds). Sometimes i don't know whether to laugh or cry. Those who really would do it are people who typically asks less than 5 questions.
Those who asks more than 50-100 questions (YES there is someone i personally know) didn't even come to Johore once but has been to far dangerous places in the course of his travels.
Yet there are others who uses a single house defect to justify his decision not to buy in that development. I just say nothing but to wish these people well.

From my understandings, renovation and furniture in the show-house cannot be part of the purchasing price when taking loan from bank. Bank will only loan base on the property price, the remaining needs to fork out by cash. Sometimes ago, my friend was keen in getting a show-house but later found out the 180k reno+fur couldn't factor into the loan, eventually rejected the purchase. Perhaps that resist ppl from getting show-house unit. Better check with yr sale /developer for further details. Hope that you are the Lucky One

Hi Steve, generally not but in certain cases, some banks have been known to take this into account during the valuation process, not for furniture but for renovation where it increases sqft, etc.

Thanks bro, preparing for it amidst work and business. Also modded all cars with extra curtains (in case of privacy for wife), extra lights. Serviced all cars and pumped all full of fuel, battery checked etc, cargo nets filled with towels, clothing, etc.
Money, transport, doctor, everything is on standby. While working (just finishing), keeping an eye on her in case the "water" breaks.
Long day today, a tenant's dad was gravely ill so sent hamper in the evening and then resumed working. Was finally taking a break
when a bro forgot his keys asked me for help so went to assist. Then had dinner, by then almost midnight already.

My builder charges me 39k, at first I was not too happy, thinking it was a rip off, but he told me that is not a real tree house I was asking, as I was asking for all areas sliding glass doors, clay roof, outdoor wood, ceiling fan, lights n power point. They built it with proper foundation, using metal structures, I did not bother to go n see the progress, till completion n all of us were very happy with it.

Welcome sis. Thanks for sharing. Like we mentioned earlier, we were only hoping to see a bit more courtesy from some group of people. We don't want to be treated as free service charity worker. We also gathered all the info and knowledge through the hard ways, including driving around the entire JB blindly and visiting all places, picking up leaflets etc. No one owes anybody anything here but we urge them to be a bit more courteous when requesting for info.
